Frequently asked questions
Your invoice is issued at the end of each month. Our commission is calculated solely on the rental income actually received. Any cleaning fees, consumables, interventions or administrative costs incurred for your property are itemised separately on the invoice.
No. The property audit, listing analysis, optimisation recommendations and start-up preparation are included in our support. You pay no entry fee or subscription.
Yes. Our collaboration is built on trust. The contract provides for an initial period to put the necessary optimisations in place and measure the results, then a simple notice period to end the management.
We organise and oversee all cleaning services. Cleaning fees are usually charged to the guest at the time of booking, then re-billed to the owner as part of the property's upkeep.
No. Our pay is based on the income your property generates. The only costs re-billed are those actually incurred to operate the property (cleaning, consumables, maintenance, administrative costs, etc.).
No commission is due. We are paid only when your property generates income.
Of course. Just let us know in advance so we can block the relevant dates in the calendar. Bookings already confirmed cannot, however, be cancelled for personal use.
We handle all communication with guests before, during and after their stay, freeing you from this day-to-day burden.
We notify you immediately of any incident observed and support you in the procedures with the relevant platforms or insurers. Any compensation depends on the applicable cover and the decisions of the bodies involved.
No. We take charge of organising arrivals and departures as well as coordinating the providers who work on the property.
Every month, you receive a detailed report including the main operating indicators, guest feedback, the costs incurred and our recommendations for improvement.
We may recommend certain improvements to optimise your property's appeal and profitability. You remain free to decide, but some recommendations can have a significant impact on the property's performance.
